If your wristbands were shipped to you, please return them along with a copy of your e-ticket and contact information to the address below:

Alternatively, you may drop them off at the Customer Service Desk at FAN EXPO Boston during show hours.
• If you are shipping your wristbands, we strongly recommend that you send them via registered mail, as we MUST receive the unused wristbands by August 17, 2018 to be able to process a refund.
• Once your e-ticket has been redeemed, your purchase is no longer refundable.
• Service Charges and shipping fees are non-refundable for all ticket types, including refundable tickets.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for your refund.
